The exhibition "The Year's Best Bookwork 2018" displays what is most excellent and innovative on offer within contemporary Danish book design.

In week 8, February, Charlotte Hjorth-Rohde will teach at Fatamorgana, the danish art photography school.

Charlotte Hjorth-Rohde went to Kyoto to visit the craftsmen at Takezasado.

Charlotte Hjorth-Rohde worked with handcrafted textiles and wood block stamp while living in Italy.

In February and March will Charlotte Hjorth-Rohde teach at a photography course at Fatamorgana, the danish art photography school.

From April will Charlotte Hjorth-Rohde again advise and teach the students at the danish photo art school Fatamorgana.

From 18. november till 2. december will there be an exhibition in Vienna at the publisher Harpune Verlag with the project Vrai ou Faux contributing with her "autopotrait".

Exhibition in Rome, 15. october "Camera Oscura"

From 1. until 21. October Charlotte Hjorth-Rohde will be participating an exhibition with Atelier Reflexe. The exhibition will be in Istanbul called "EU-WOMEN", her work Christina of Cph will be shown.

Charlotte Hjorth-Rohde have been granted two month of residency at the Danish Art Workshop where she currently is working in the large Photographic Workshop until 1. november. Here she works among others in the black-and-white darkroom copying of formats as large as 130 x 195 centimetres.

This workshop will have its source in the darkroom.
We will work with your images and find the essential expression without loosing spontaneity. An assignment will be given and you will follow the process from the camera through the darkroom to the finished expression.
The workshop will be from 8. August to the 12. at the danish school of art photography Fatamorgana.
